Conforming Loan Amount: Up to $417,000 (Quote is based on a purchase price of $200,000 with 20% down. No mortgage insurance required.
FHA Loan Amount: Up to $284,050 (Cumberland and York Counties) Please call for other counties APR is based required mortgage insurance
VA Loan Amount: Up to $417,000 (APR based on a loan amount of $204,300 includes funding fee)
Jumbo Loan Amount: Over $417,000
Loan-to-Value Ratio: Less than 80% on Conventional loans, 96.5% on FHA and 100% on VA
Property Type: Primary, Single Family Residence
Loan Use: Home Purchase or Refinance
Income Documentation: Full Documentation
Credit Grade: Quote is based on scores of 740 or higher. (Credit scores 640 and above are also acceptable. Scores of 600 to 640 are acceptable in some programs)
Pre-Payment Penalty: None
